You can grow a Megasylvan Plant by using a Pot with Sylvan Earth inside a House or Guildhall.
You can feed the plant with Bananas, Dragonfruits, Mangos, Melons, Pineapples and Prickly Pears. About 10% of the times it is fed, a Toucan appears on the plant:

If you use it again, the Toucan goes away:

You can wrap the plant with the Toucan and then unwrap it without the bird disapearing if you need to.
